Since 2007 Enviromoto has providing scooterists with quality parts and accessories. We are a for scooterist by scooterist shop with years of experience tuning and racing scooters. Anything you need just let us know, we are here to help.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will accept returns 15 days from the purchase date. Enviromoto will only offer refunds on products returned in new never used condition at our discretion. Contact us as soon as you would like to process the return so we can issue you a RMA number. If we make an error by sending you the wrong part all shipping costs we be paid for by Enviromoto. If your returning a part for any other reason you will be responsible for shipping costs to us and our original shipping costs to you deducted directly from your refund. You will be charged actual shipping charges not some inflated fee others may charge. Enviromoto will not accept returns for opened, used, or electronic parts under any circumstances.

Our turn around time is usually less than 24 hours. Most packages ship USPS with a few exceptions for larger items. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number. Its not uncommon to receive your order within 2-5 days.

From time to time every business is faced with backorders. When this happens we do our best to work with you to assure your satisfaction. Once we discover an issue we will be in contact with you immediately. You have three options when a backorder occurs. 1. Full refund 2. Store credit 3. Wait for part to arrive. .
