What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason we will accept returns 15 days from the purchase date. Enviromoto will only offer refunds on products returned in new never used condition at our discretion. Contact us as soon as you would like to process the return so we can issue you a RMA number. If we make an error by sending you the wrong part all shipping costs we be paid for by Enviromoto. If you're returning a part for any other reason you will be responsible for shipping costs to us and our original shipping costs to you deducted directly from your refund. Enviromoto will not accept returns for opened, used, or electronic parts under any circumstances.

What is your shipping policy?
Our turn around time is usually less than 24 hours. Most packages ship USPS with a few exceptions for larger items. Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed with a tracking number.

How do you handle backorders?
From time to time every business is faced with supply chain issues. When this happens we do our best to work with you to assure your satisfaction. Once we discover an issue we will be in contact with you immediately.

Price Match Policy?
Here at Enviromoto we do our best to offer quality products at the best prices. Sometimes price adjustments need to be made depending on supply and market trends. If you see a item we sell for less, include shipping, send us a email. If it's a lower price we'll do our best to beat the price listed.
